Lieutenant Heimann is a full-time career paramedic with Delaware County EMS in Central Ohio. She has been in the fire service since 1995 when she earned her EMT-B certification and the 36 hour fire card. She quickly became an EMT-Intermediate and in 1999 she became a Firefighter II (240 Firefighter.) Michele went back to school at Columbus State and became a paramedic in 2001. She joined CTFD in 2007 and in 2008 was promoted to lieutenant in charge of EMS training. When not at the firehouse, Michele enjoys outdoor activities and riding her motorcycle.
